I am pleased to announce that I have been selected as a Huggies Latina Brand Ambassador! Over the next few months I’ll be sharing my Huggies experience with you and I’m so excited to get started!
I’m no longer embarrassed to say that my son will be three in a few months and he still isn’t potty trained. We have tried and tried – and I regularly ask him if he wants to go potty – but he has yet to show any signs of being ready. Changing his diaper is a stressful experience and conversations usually go like this:
Me: It’s time to change your diaper! (Sounding very chipper, of course.)
Toddler: But I already have a diaper on.
Me: But it’s full, we should change it now.
Toddler: No! I don’t want to change my diaper. I’m still playing trains!
This dialog could go on forever. What can I say, the boy loves his Huggies!
And aside from the toddler love Huggies receives in my household, using Huggies has been a huge sanity-saver for my family. I hear so many comments from parents about how their kids’ diapers leak and have awful overnight coverage. That hasn’t been an issue for us when we use Huggies diapers!
It’s really exciting to hear that former Miss Universe Zuleyka Rivera (2006) has teamed up with Huggies to try out their new and improved diapers and wipes. She’ll be offering real-life parenting tips via a monthly webisode series that will include personal moments with her son Sebastian.
Zuleyka’s partnership was launched at a recent exclusive preview event in New York that several Latina Mom Bloggers network members attended. Her first webisode, also unveiled at the New York preview event, shares a little bit about her life and her son, Sebastian, is so dang cute! She’ll release a new webisode each month so don’t miss them! You can view her first webisode here (video is in Spanish):
Wasn’t that just adorable?!?!
I’d love it if you’d give Huggies a try yourself.
